Mentee shares the challenges faced in the classroom while answering the questions.
Mentor initiates a phone call or in-person meeting to get to know each other better.
Based on mentee’s needs, mentor sets the go forward path to work on a specific skill.
With guidance from mentor, complete the assignment created by Foqas.
Execute the lesson plan in classroom with presence of the mentor, or share video recording.
Discuss and provide feedback to mentee.
